Bascapades: Sleeping Puss

I can sleep most anywhere,

Why yes I cover things in hair,

But that's the price to pay you see

To live with a cat as lovely as me.

If your undies are furry from me,

Your clothes are hairy as can be,

When your food has extra fluff,

Yes, living with me can be tough.

But remember when your sad,

I'll cuddle you and make you glad,

That while I'm furring up your thong,

At least it's soft when you put it on!

Bascapades: Fast

I'm sitting on the sofa oh so daintily

But call me for my dinner and see how fast I can be

You may think you're speedy and try to win the race

But when food is in the offing I will pick up the pace

You charge up the stairs way ahead of me

But give me 10 seconds and I'll win again just see!

Bascapades: It's a hard life being a house cat

To sleepy for any Bascapades.

I've had a busy week and it is only Tuesday. There are birdies to keep an eye on, a dog to supervise, humans to command.

So for now I shall chill a little, with all these responsibilities I need to keep my strength up.

I may be Woolly
I may be mad
I may mess up your hair
I may sleep on your bed
I maybe many things
But one thing is true
I am always here

Punk Cat

I start the day an orange cat,

Some call me round, others fat,

The dog I know she loves me so,

As she licks my fur from head to toe,

I end the day with spiky hair,

It sticks up here and stands out there,

The smell I have is Eau de Doggy,

But I prefer Perfume of Moggy!

You may think I am lying 
Upon the bedroom floor
When really I am flying
Heading out the door
This supercat pose 
Is the best way I have found
Unfortunately I haven't managed yet
To get up off the ground
